As the Research Services Co-op you will be an integral team member who is relied upon to carry out the mission of the department. The co-op has a variety of department responsibilities and is encouraged to attend all general firm and department meetings. What you do Daily responsibilities for the firm’s interlibrary loans - ordering and delivery of journal articles, case decisions, patents, SEC filings, dockets and complaints, setting alerts and tracks for new and pending litigation, and maintaining the firm’s Social Law Library account. Regularly assists the research analysts with marketing projects, discrete research assignments and preparing materials for new associates. Who you are Well organized, detail oriented, and able to work well independently and as part of a firm-wide team. Database searching and Microsoft Excel skills preferred. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly professional environment. Strong communication skills, a very strong customer service orientation. Ability to balance several open assignments.
