The co-op has a variety of department responsibilities and is encouraged to learn about the GO! Team and to be an active participant in Goodwin’s culture.

Requirements

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well independently and as part of a firm-wide team.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and highly professional environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Ability to prioritize and balance several open assignments.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and disseminate current awareness and desk book materials to attorneys firm wide.
• Process invoices, assist with tracking payments, and aid in preparing budget reports.
• Assist with creating database accounts for new associates, when needed.
• Collaborate on data integrity projects.
• Contribute to other departmental initiatives as needed.
