Research Operations Coordinator – Participant Recruiting The Role Are you passionate about improving research processes and creating exceptional participant experiences? Join our UX Research Operations team and help shape the future of consumer financial products! In this role, you’ll be driving participant recruiting for user research studies that influence design decisions and deliver meaningful impact. Collaborating with researchers, vendors, and internal partners, you’ll ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient recruiting workflows—making research happen! The Expertise and Skills You Bring You bring experience in research operations or participant recruiting, ideally within UX or market research. You’re skilled at coordinating multiple projects, building strong relationships, and solving problems proactively. Your ability to manage vendors, handle sensitive data securely, and navigate compliance requirements sets you apart. Familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g., UserTesting, User Interviews, dscout) and platforms like Jira, Miro, and Confluence is a plus. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are curious about finding innovative ways to improve processes.
