Research Operations Coordinator – Participant Recruiting The Role Are you passionate about improving research processes and creating exceptional participant experiences? In this role, you’ll be driving participant recruiting for user research studies that influence design decisions and deliver meaningful impact. Collaborating with researchers, vendors, and internal partners, you’ll ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient recruiting workflows—making research happen! The Expertise and Skills You Bring You bring experience in research operations or participant recruiting, ideally within UX or market research. You’re skilled at coordinating multiple projects, building strong relationships, and solving problems proactively. Your ability to manage vendors, handle sensitive data securely, and navigate compliance requirements sets you apart. Familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g., UserTesting , User Interviews, dscout ) and platforms like Jira, Miro, and Confluence is a plus. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are curious about finding innovative ways to improve processes. Preferred experience and skills include: 3+ years in research operations, participant recruiting, or related field Strong interpersonal and project management skills Excellent written and verbal communication Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) Experience in financial services or other regulated industries preferred Note: Fidelity is not providing immigration sponsorship for this position. The base salary range for this position is $74,000-141,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
