The Friction Product Line designs and manufactures high-friction and low-friction composition, sintered brake shoes, specialty shoes, and disc brake linings for freight, locomotive and transit vehicles. The Research & Development (R&D) Technician plays a key role in the evaluation and development of composite friction materials. This position supports R&D efforts through hands-on involvement in mixing, molding, and testing processes, as well as accurate documentation and reporting of test results.
