You will lead multiple projects simultaneously, collaborate with cross‑functional teams (engineering, operations, quality, and customers), and contribute directly to label design, testing, documentation, and execution. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage 10+ active projects across label development and production
  • Create and interpret 2D drawings using AutoCAD LT
  • Design and develop labels for pharmaceutical and regulated applications
  • Produce hand mockups for internal testing and customer review
  • Conduct lab testing to verify label performance and compliance
  • Identify critical requirements from customer specifications and technical drawings
  • Write clear, professional technical reports and project documentation
  • Maintain strong documentation for data collection, press setup/settings, and project actions
