Summary: The Research Assistant (RA) will support administrative and research activities in the Brown Research on Implementation and Dissemination to Guide Evidence Use (BRIDGE) Program, housed within the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior. The BRIDGE Program is dedicated to advancing the adoption, spread, and scale-up of evidence-based practices in routine clinical settings. The RA will primarily contribute to implementation science research studies through qualitative and survey data collection and analysis (conducted in-person or virtually) and human-centered design methodologies. Additional responsibilities include screening and recruiting study participants, managing and verifying data, conducting qualitative interviews, participating in literature reviews, supporting the development of research reports and presentations, and collaborating with study personnel, research participants, and external partners to achieve project goals. The RA will also assist with administrative tasks aligned with study protocols and contribute to key BRIDGE initiatives as directed by program leadership. There will be opportunities to contribute to conference presentations and peer-reviewed publications. The RA will spend 50% of their time assisting with a National Institute of Mental Health funded project aimed at helping mental health and implementation organizations with strategic financial planning to balance priorities of being financially sustainable, offering equitable access to care, and implementing evidence-based mental health interventions. The other 50% of their time will be spent assisting with other BRIDGE research projects and BRIDGE program activities. This is a fixed-term position with a current end date of June 30, 2027, subject to extension based on available funding.
