About The Position

Work closely within the Regulatory Affairs function to identify process opportunities & gather insights and requirements for Automation & AI initiatives. Conduct data analysis using Automation, AI and any other IT tools to derive actionable insights for process improvement and learning. Design and implement Automation & Gen AI driven solutions to optimize process/SOPs workflows and improve regulatory compliance. Participate in workshops and training sessions to enhance Automation and AI skills (including Microsoft Work package) across Regulatory Affairs organization. Share knowledge and best practices within the Regulatory Affairs and overall R&D organization and with the other interns’ part of our Summer Intern program to amplify automation capabilities. Collaborate within the Regulatory Affairs team to identify opportunities for Automation and AI integration. Assist in developing automation and AI-driven solutions and training programs to streamline processes, enhance regulatory compliance, and advance the IT skillset of regulatory staff. Conduct analysis to support Automation and AI initiatives and provide recommendations. Develop and deliver training sessions (e.g. Opus (ChatGPT), etc.) to enhance the technical skills and knowledge across Regulatory Affairs. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project outcomes to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a third or fourth year of an IT/AI - related degree program (including prompt development, coding, etc.), and/or alternatively, showcasing proven interest and learning experience through reputable IT/AI certifications, projects, internships, and similar endeavors.
  • Interest in Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals.
  • Experience or coursework in automation, AI, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
