The Duke Center for Global Mental Health (CGMH) at the Duke Global Health Institute (DGHI) is seeking a Research Analyst to support its growing portfolio of research, training, and global partnerships. In this role, you will work closely with CGMH leadership, faculty, and international collaborators to coordinate a wide range of activities that advance mental health equity worldwide. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to interdisciplinary work spanning research, education, policy, and practice within a globally engaged academic environment. In your day-to-day work, you will work with the lead CGMH administrator to coordinate operations —organizing events and conferences, supporting trainee engagement and development, and managing logistics for visiting scholars. You will also play a key role in maintaining the Center’s communications, including managing the website and social media presence, distributing updates to stakeholders, and helping showcase the impact of faculty and partner work. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will be essential in ensuring smooth execution across these activities. You will also contribute to the Center’s research mission by supporting project administration, assisting with manuscript and grant development, and facilitating collaboration across faculty and partners. In addition, you will help track Center metrics and manage databases of affiliates and projects. The Research Analyst position is an exciting opportunity to take on a multifaceted role that blends administration and research while contributing to the strategic growth of a leading global mental health initiative.
