The Research Analyst/Evaluator I conducts comprehensive analytical reviews to examine facts, principles, and data for internal organizational use. This role prepares investigative reports based on structured analysis of public records and other information sources to support informed decision-making. The position evaluates multiple regulatory, market, and production-related factors to reach objective conclusions. Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an analytical and/or research environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct structured research and synthesize findings into formal reports.
  • Experience analyzing regulatory, economic, or production-related factors.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to evaluate multiple variables and reach defensible conclusions.
  • Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in team-based environments.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research and analytical evaluations to examine and validate facts, principles, and data.
  • Prepare investigative reports based on analysis of public records and relevant information sources.
  • Evaluate factors such as domestic production status, product substitution feasibility, and qualification requirements.
  • Assess inventory levels and market availability considerations.
  • Analyze whether requested products are under development by U.S. producers and assess production feasibility timelines.
  • Consider additional relevant economic, regulatory, or operational factors in reaching conclusions.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within team environments.
  • Present findings and recommendations to project leadership.
  • Support documentation and compliance requirements as needed.
