As a Managed Service Operations Analyst, you play a key role in enhancing the quality and efficiency of our daily operations, strengthening our control environment, and elevating the client experience. We foster a culture that embraces continuous improvement and encourages a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Collaborate with derivative exchanges, clearing brokers, and FIS teams to support the full trade lifecycle - from post-trade execution to final settlement. This often includes the monitoring of notices, trades, assignments, deliveries, interest, exchanges, and other lifecycle events. Partner with client oversight teams, control groups, trading desks, and client service teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Execute contractual obligations in alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Risk & Control Frameworks, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). May coordinate and communicate technical issues with client services, trade management, IT, business change, and external clients to ensure trade flows are strategically robust in accordance with exchange regulations. May oversee a functional group in day-to-day activities and responsibilities as well as assist in planning and strategy, representing FIS’ Capital Markets Segment to internal and external audiences. May navigate complex and relevant challenges within the derivatives trading, middle-office, and post-trade spaces, by continuously analyzing and seeking solutions for clients’ dynamic needs.
