U.S. Bank Global Fund Services is seeking a future team member for the role of Derivatives Reconciliation Specialist - Accounting Operations to support our Fund Accounting team. In this role you will be: Responsible for performing daily reconciliations and ensuring the accuracy of derivative trade activity, valuations, and cash movements between custodians/prime brokers. Serving as a key link between accounting operations, fund advisors, and external counterparties, working to maintain data integrity and support timely financial reporting and fund audit support. Identifying and resolving reconciliation breaks, document processes, and contribute to ongoing workflow improvements that enhance efficiency and scalability as the business grows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
  • Two to four years of experience in accounting or finance activities

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies.
  • Comfortable working under daily deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office applications (Excel)
