About The Position

What You Will Be Doing Manage onboarding and conversion projects for new retirement plan clients transitioning Serve as a primary client-facing partner, engaging with advisors, plan sponsors, and other recordkeepers Lead multiple projects at once Work closely with internal project managers, leadership, and onboarding specialists to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. Oversee project plans, deliverables, timelines, and communications to ensure smooth onboarding. Drive accountability across cross‑functional teams and ensure all onboarding requirements are completed accurately. Provide guidance and review work for less experienced team members; act as a resource and subject matter expert. Identify process improvements and recommend enhancements to onboarding workflows. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Retirement industry experience required — including new business, conversions, rollovers, or recordkeeping‑related work.
  • Strong project management capability with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with advisors, sponsors, and external partners.
  • Experience interacting with major recordkeepers
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work on difficult or complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort managing deadlines.
  • Ability to influence others regarding policies, procedures, and best practices.
