Requirements

7 years experience in reporting, analytics, and data architecture, including:
Advanced reporting and dashboard development
Data modeling, integration, and warehousing
Data governance, quality, and access controls
Consulting or solution-architecture–style stakeholder engagement
You’ll work extensively with Microsoft-based platforms, including:
Power BI
Power Apps & Power Automate
SharePoint & Dataverse
Microsoft SQL Server
Microsoft Fabric

Responsibilities

Partnering with stakeholders to define business problems and design effective data solutions
Architecting data models and reporting solutions that balance accuracy, scalability, performance, and cost
Recommending tools, integrations, and architectures aligned to both business goals and technical constraints
Influencing data standards and strategy through thoughtful design, documentation, and education
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality reports, dashboards, and metrics that enable operational and strategic decision-making.
Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences
Ensure reporting solutions are accurate, performant, and aligned with business objectives.
Establishing and promoting reporting best practices and standards
Manage, maintain, and ensure the integrity, security, and reliability of internal data systems.
Maintain and enforce data quality, governance, and access standards.
Serve as a subject matter expert for data platforms and reporting solutions.
Architect, implement, and support data integration pipelines across multiple systems.
Design and maintain data warehouses and centralized data models that support analytics and reporting.
Optimize data flows and storage structures for scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Ensure consistency and traceability of data from source systems through reporting layers.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data architecture, reporting capabilities and operational efficiency
Identify opportunities to automate and streamline business processes
Stay current with Microsoft data and analytics platforms and recommending enhancements
