About The Position

You’re the kind of person who turns data into direction. You don’t just build reports—you design systems people can trust. You ask the right questions before writing a single query. You care as much about long-term data health as you do about delivering insights that actually get used. When stakeholders bring you a messy problem, you bring structure, clarity, and confidence. You enjoy partnering with leaders, translating business needs into scalable data solutions, and creating data ecosystems that make decision-making easier—for everyone. If you’re looking for a role where your technical expertise, judgment, and consultative mindset truly matter, you’ll feel at home here. That’s where Endsight comes in. Who We Are Endsight is a fast-growing IT Managed Service Provider built on one core belief: When we help others thrive, we thrive too. We partner with small and mid-sized organizations—including nonprofits—to ensure their technology delivers real business value. Our teams don’t just support systems—we design thoughtful, scalable solutions that help organizations operate smarter and plan with confidence.
