About The Position

The Reporting and Planning Manager provides monthly reports and analysis to support the business team and leads the planning process for FUJIFILM Electronic Materials here in the U.S. including our two budgets and midterm plan. The position will provide the management team with ad hoc analysis to support strategic decisions. The position will develop reporting tools through system improvement projects. Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in finance or related field is required.
  • 8-10 years’ experience in accounting, planning or business evaluation is required.
  • Experience with SAP across multiple releases desired.
  • Strong systems skills including expert use of MS365 with emphasis on Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience developing and executing IT project plans to support efficiency and growth in the reporting and forecasting capabilities.
  • Resilience - Ability to adapt to workplace challenges, maintain professionalism, and manage responsibilities effectively.
  • Communication - Capacity to clearly and professionally exchange ideas, interact respectfully with colleagues and customers, and foster positive workplace relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • An MBA is preferred.
  • Experience with SAP across multiple releases desired.

Responsibilities

  • General monthly reports and create new ones to provide an understanding of financial results to the management team.
  • Assist the accounting team in required EM Division and Corporate submissions.
  • Direct the cross functional organization planning process leading to detailed budget and midterm plan submissions to FUJIFILM Electronic Materials Division and Corporate Planning Groups.
  • Create financial analysis to support critical strategic business decisions.
  • Create and develop financial systems capabilities to improve overall efficiency, availability of information and effectiveness of reporting.
