We are seeking a Reporting & Analytics Support Specialist — someone who is genuinely comfortable working with data, dashboards, and reporting tools, and who can help jewelry store owners understand what their numbers are telling them. This role is primarily focused on supporting customers with reporting and analytics questions (approximately 60% of the role), with the remainder covering general platform support. You will be the person customers turn to when a report looks off, when they can’t find a metric they need, or when they want help making sense of their data. You don’t need to be a data scientist — but you do need to think in numbers and feel confident troubleshooting data discrepancies. Unlike traditional BPO environments, this role requires someone who thrives in less structured, more dynamic environments, where support requests can be unique, complex, and sometimes open-ended.
