About The Position

Littleton Coin Company, a 100% employee-owned company with an 80-year history, is one of the largest direct response companies in the nation selling coins, paper money, and supplies to enthusiastic collectors. They are also one of the largest employers in Northern New Hampshire. This fast-paced, important data entry position is located at the company headquarters in Littleton, NH. In this role, you will ensure that inventory, including single items and sets, moves efficiently from various locations in the building. By utilizing computerized inventory systems, you will play an essential part in accurately recording and accounting for product locations at all times.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 20/20 corrected vision
  • Excellent numerical aptitude/retention
  • Basic math skills and ability to use a calculator
  • Accurate typing and keyboard skills
  • Ability to work with Excel spreadsheets
  • Good organizational & interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Ability to identify U.S. coins by denomination, date and mint mark (will train)
  • Creating specialized documents for personalized orders
  • Performing stock adjustments and reassignments
  • Accurately track documents to update computerized inventory
  • Performing inventory maintenance tasks as planned
  • Processing and tracking internal requisition requests
