Provide continual evaluation of department processes, methods, and activities to assure the most effective use of resources and equipment. Manage budget and expenditures. Prepare and meet department financial targets. Maintain overall responsibility for coordinating repair schedule. Serve as a customer liaison. Perform other work related tasks as assigned. Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures. FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Lead repair team Verify repairs are being completed in a timely manor Verify checks and balances for department Assist with any customer complaints or needs Assist with any tasks needed by management

Requirements

• GED or High School Diploma
• Basic finance experience
• Product knowledge in Pressure Control Equipment (BOP and MPD)
• Customer service excellence
• Technical education, product knowledge or experience preferable
• Microsoft Office Suite
• ERP System Experience (Glovia/Tracker), basic to advanced knowledge level preferable
• Oil and Gas Technical Knowledge desirable
• 5S (Organization/Standardization) experience or knowledge desirable

• 4 year Degree preferred
