We are seeking a Repair and Maintenance Technician II to join our dynamic team at our Pasco, WA facility. As a Repair & Maintenance Technician II you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our state-of-the-art greenhouse facility. By maintaining and repairing essential equipment, you will support our mission to grow and deliver fresh, sustainable produced leafy greens.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or vocational training in maintenance, mechanical, or electrical systems is strongly preferred.
- Minimum 2-4years of experience in repair and maintenance, with a focus on advanced troubleshooting and repair in a manufacturing, agricultural, or food production environment.
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Experience with PLC systems, automation, and advanced preventive maintenance techniques.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and OSHA regulations in relation to equipment maintenance.
- Ability to read, interpret, and modify blueprints, technical manuals, and schematics.
- Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic tools, power tools, and repair equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance tasks to support production processes and ensure equipment runs efficiently.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, ensuring timely repairs to minimize downtime.
- Implement and carry out preventative maintenance schedules for equipment to extend lifespan and prevent unplanned breakdowns.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and standards during maintenance activities, ensuring a safe working environment.
