About The Position

Pacific Mobile is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator (Rental) to manage complex rental operations for a defined Washington territory at our Marysville branch. This role requires proven experience in prevailing wage compliance, process ownership, high-volume coordination, and construction-related project coordination. This position is best suited for candidates who are comfortable working independently, managing competing priorities, and being held accountable for compliance, accuracy, and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates experience with prevailing wage compliance.
  • Minimum 1-2 years in project coordination, dispatcher, or operational support role, with direct experience in construction coordination (e.g., writing purchase orders, managing subcontractors, and drafting basic subcontract agreements for simple scopes of work); experience in construction, modular buildings, equipment rental, or logistics is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong Excel, Teams, and Outlook skills.
  • High attention to detail and accountability.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (including Operations Managers and Sales) and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple active projects with competing deadlines without supervision.
  • Proven experience maintaining accurate administrative and financial records in compliance-driven environments.
  • Daily, professional communication with internal teams and external partners where accuracy and clarity directly impact cost, compliance, and customer outcomes.
  • Consistent ability to identify errors, self-correct, and meet deadlines in fast-paced operational settings.

Responsibilities

  • Full lifecycle coordination of rental projects, including lease activation, off-rent processing, relocations, and closeouts.
  • Prevailing wage and public works compliance, including documentation accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Identifying workflow errors and correcting issues independently.
  • Partnering with Sales and Accounting to move projects forward smoothly and on time.
  • Collaborating closely with branch Operations Managers to coordinate Mobile Office Fleet delivery, installation, and refurbishment schedules, ensuring alignment with sales team commitments and on-time execution.
  • Tracking and supporting budget compliance for each Rental Project, working closely with leadership to flag overages or inefficiencies.
  • Coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, including issuing purchase orders, managing subcontractor performance, and drafting basic subcontract agreements for simple scopes of work.
  • Maintain detailed records in company databases for all subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
