About The Position

Cleveland Brothers, the largest Cat® dealer in Pennsylvania, northern West Virginia and western Maryland, has an immediate opportunity for a high energy Rental Operations Specialist. Are you ready to embark on an opportunity to take your career to the next level?  We’re seeking a Rental Operations Specialist to support our team of Rental Coordinators and Yard Attendants and help them provide a best-in-class customer experience. Position Summary: The primary focus of the Rental Operations Specialist is to Manage, provide training and support of the frontline Rental Coordinators and Yard Attendants while ensuring that all required job functions are being performed correctly and in a timely manner.  This regional role demands a team approach, an attention to detail and a high level of organizational ability.

Requirements

• Rental Operations experience in construction equipment
• Excel in a fast paced environment visiting branches in the territory daily.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration with colleagues.
• Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities.
• Strong reasoning and decision-making abilities.
• Possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Practical experience using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily Rental Administrative functions
• Ensure proper shipping & receiving documentation
• Assist in performing monthly inventory scan & reconciliation
• Provide training for new Rental Coordinators and Yard Attendants
• Act as subject matter expert for Rental Process
• Provide after-hours support to meet customer needs
• Frequent travel is required to support business operations
• Collaborate seamlessly with other peers and cross-functional departments.
• Monitoring performance including quarterly check-ins and year-end reviews including identifying and addressing performance issues.
• Communication driver acting as a link between staff and upper management, reporting on progress, challenges, and results.
