Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent; additional technical education or certifications preferred.
Two years of technical experience in equipment rental or related field.
Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience, with a passion for team development and collaboration.

Responsibilities

Serve as the frontline support for customers with rental inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Conduct performance evaluations to foster growth and development within the team.
Curate and manage the rental fleet to meet customer demands and maintain operational excellence.
Maintain meticulous records for licenses, inspections, and asset management, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Collaborate with the service department to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of rental equipment.
Partner with the sales team to identify and secure equipment for customer transactions, enhancing sales opportunities.
Supervise and mentor the yard coordinator and rental inventory coordinator, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Maintain oversight of the rental department budget, optimizing resource allocation and profitability.
Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders and customers, embodying the 4Rivers commitment to exceptional service.
