The Rental Clerk is responsible for assisting with the dealership's fleet of loaner vehicles which are provided to customers while their own vehicles are being serviced.

Requirements

Must be authorized to work in the USA.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.

Responsibilities

Ensuring vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for customer use.
Handle the check-in and check-out process for loaner vehicles, which includes explaining the terms of use, documenting customer information, and providing vehicle keys.
Coordinate with the service department to provide customers with loaner vehicles during their service appointments.
Maintain accurate records of loaner vehicle agreements, including customer details, vehicle assignment, mileage, and condition reports.
Inspect vehicles before and after use, documenting any damages or issues.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service, addressing any questions or concerns.
