Rental Clerk/Cashier
About The Position
Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in Bozeman. We are looking for a Rental Clerk/Cashier to join our Service team. At Kendall Ford of Bozeman, our Service Department is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. Computer proficiency is required, as is a willingness to learn in a multi-tasked work environment. General automobile knowledge is preferred. Job duties include determining customer vehicle needs by speaking directly with customers or working with the service advisor, maintaining a reservation schedule, verifying all customers information needed to obtain a rental, coordinate vehicle availability for customer pick up , maintain customer information within our system and receipting payments for rental vehicles and service. Working conditions are primarily indoors spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone. Requirements
- A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record is required.
