About The Position
Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in Alaska and premier employer in Fairbanks. We are looking for a Car Rental Clerk to join our Budget Car Rental team. This is a fast-paced environment serving clients coming and going from the airport. Requirements
- Successful candidates must have excellent phone skills, a positive attitude and enjoy talking with people.
- Computer proficiency is required, as is a willingness to learn in a multi-tasked work environment.
- General automobile knowledge is preferred.
- A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record is required.

Responsibilities
- determining customer needs by speaking directly with customers
- maintaining a reservation schedule
- verifying all customers information needed to obtain a rental
- prepare vehicles for customer pick up
- maintain customer information within our system
- receipting payments for rental vehicles
