Everlaw is seeking an experienced Renewals Specialist to begin our journey toward a contract renewal center of excellence. You’ll be the first hire in pursuit of a larger, specialized team, to prove out the concept of opportunity management efficiency. You’ll partner with Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, Strategy and Operations, Legal and Finance experts to forecast, manage and close renewal opportunities productively and efficiently. You’ll own T‑120 orchestration, renewal opportunity & quote administration, forecasting, and system hygiene across SFDC/QTC/Ironclad/Gainsight. This role is not designed to be customer facing, but you may support ad hoc with direct customer communications as needed, primarily via email. This is a full-time, exempt, on-site position located in our Oakland, CA office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home on Tu/Fr.
