About The Position

Sterling Renewals Specialist (SRS): will play an important role in managing hardware and software renewal engagements with Sterling’s top manufacturer partners. Sterling Renewals Specialist will also collaborate with Sterling’s SVP of Partner Alliances, Sales Leadership/Teams, Technical Leadership, Operations Team, Marketing Team, Services Sales, and their SAM/Partner Business Manager to help drive HW/SW renewals in-line with Sterling’s strategic goals and to support Sterling’s overall business objectives. The Sterling Renewals Specialist will use sales skills, networking and relationship building with our distribution and OEMs representatives, and communication skills to grow renewals revenue for Sterling’s top partners.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of sales or customer services experience.
  • Self-motivated, excellent written and oral communication skills, detail oriented, managing time efficiently, have a strong business background, being professional in social settings, able to work independently and within a team environment.

  • MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook)
  • Proficient with Salesforce and QLIK

  • IT Industry Experience

Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Direction for Sterling’s Renewals/Refresh Business
  • Internal and External Executive Communication
  • Weekly sales communications emails/sales training
  • Manage partner certification and execution management
  • If applicable, Maximize back-end money opportunities.
  • Travel to visit HW/SW OEM partners - Quarterly
  • Able to give large group presentations at the partner and within Sterling
  • Plan and execute marketing content and plans for key renewal partners
  • Special projects and other duties as assigned by the leadership team
