The DRS Renewal Specialist is a dynamic, results-driven professional responsible for driving DRS renewals, swaps, and conversions for existing customers. This role focuses on mitigating risk, identifying solutions, and engaging sellers to ensure successful deal closures. Working closely with sales teams, leaders and internal stakeholders, the specialist develops and delivers solutions for existing DRS customers to reduce churn and align with U.S. corporate objectives. The ideal candidate will strengthen customer relationships, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable P&L impact through reducing DRS Churn in the U.S.
