About The Position
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Team Leader to recruit, develop, and lead a team of remote life insurance professionals. This role requires strong leadership skills, a results-oriented mindset, and a passion for coaching.
Requirements
- Sales leadership experience, preferably in life insurance or financial services
- A successful sales background with a history of meeting/exceeding targets
- Strong communication and coaching abilities
- The ability to manage and motivate a remote team effectively
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team
- Provide training and mentorship to ensure team success
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue
- Foster strong client relationships and improve retention
- Track team performance and implement improvements
