About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Program Manager. In this role, you will help drive key strategic initiatives while ensuring the operational heartbeat of the Strategy team stays strong. You will partner closely with senior leaders to bring structure, maintain momentum, and ensure teams are prepared, informed, and set up for success. This highly cross-functional position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and motivated by enabling teams to collaborate and execute more effectively. Your focus will be on keeping high-impact initiatives moving and driving alignment across teams.

Requirements

3 to 5+ years of program management, project coordination, business operations, or similar experience.
Experience supporting cross-functional teams in technology or related environments.
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
Ability to work with both strategic leaders and execution teams.
Proficiency with program management tools (Airtable, Miro, etc.).

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting strategy, product, or GTM teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

Help design and reinforce the operating rhythms and practices that keep the organization running smoothly and effectively.
Lead coordination across major strategy workstreams, shaping planning cycles, meeting cadences, and documentation standards.
Serve as the central coordination point across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
Distill complex program statuses, risks, and decisions into clear communications and executive-level materials.
Play a key role in annual and quarterly planning cycles, managing inputs and tracking progress against strategic goals.
