Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in project and program management.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is required.
• Strong communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Ability to collaborate across functions, building trust among team members.
• Demonstrated customer service mindset with a problem-solving approach.
