As a Program Manager, you'll lead and deliver complex, high-impact IT programs and projects that align with organizational goals. You'll work on end-to-end project management, planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors. As the IT Program Manager, you'll ensure programs are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while managing risks and driving continuous process improvement. This role also requires strong technical acumen, deep understanding of SDLC, and proven experience in managing Agile/Scrum teams and providing guidance to other IT Project Managers. The ideal candidate will also have experience in banking or financial services and a track record of driving digital transformation programs. Manage business and IT stakeholders. Work towards development of business cases in alignment with the strategic plan through collaborative discussions with senior-level business and IT partners, shared services, and risk management. Decompose plans into programs/workstreams. May include complex multi-workstream initiatives. Develop execution approach and techniques to execute according to defined timelines, while keeping in mind time and budget constraints. Plan, execute, and deliver complex IT programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders. Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects and programs, ensuring adherence to SDLC/PMLC standards. Develop detailed program view, project plans, budgets, and resource plans and allocation. Identify dependencies and prioritize tasks to optimize project delivery timelines. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, risks, and outcomes. Facilitate effective communication and decision-making across teams and leadership. Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members. Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and accessible for future reference. Optimize resource utilization to maximize project efficiency. Identify opportunities for improving project management processes and methodologies. Provide guidance to the project managers. Drive execution of digital transformation initiatives working with cross functional technical teams. Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to have a fair understanding of technical designs, data flows and integrations. Ensure alignment of project deliverables with design, architecture and technology standards. When working with Agile teams, facilitate scrum ceremonies, partner with Scrum Masters/RTEs, and promote the culture of continuous improvement. Partner with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and external vendors to ensure alignment and management of cross functional dependencies. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; maintain compliance with governance frameworks. Prepare and present risk reports and escalation plans to leadership. Communicate effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams. Influence decision-making and drive consensus across diverse stakeholder groups. Provide regular status reporting to all stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the board.
