About The Position
This is a fast-paced, remote position where you’ll act as mission control for our field team. You’ll monitor events as they happen, communicate with Brand Ambassadors (SuperNOVAs), and ensure every tasting runs smoothly and successfully. If you thrive in a high-energy environment, love problem-solving, and enjoy keeping things organized behind the scenes—this role is for you.
Requirements
- Self-motivated and dependable in a remote work environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly
- Tech-savvy with solid Excel skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations at once
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Punctual and reliable
Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to real-time chat messages from SuperNOVAs during live events
- Ensure all team members properly clock in and out of scheduled shifts
- Review and verify system reports for accuracy and completion
- Communicate issues and insights to management (sales performance, coaching opportunities, etc.)
- Follow-up on missing or incomplete reports
- Build campaign recaps to support billing and client reporting
- Maintain awareness of all active campaigns across the region
- Execute and uphold NOVA Tastings processes with consistency and accuracy
