About The Position
Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) Location: Nashville, TN Position: Full-Time | Salary: $115,000–$120,000/year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary Provide telehealth therapy to Tennessee clients through structured sessions, treatment planning, and timely EMR documentation.
Requirements
- Active Tennessee license: LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT
- Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
- Therapy experience preferred
- Strong organization and documentation skills

Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth therapy sessions
- Conduct assessments and diagnostic impressions
- Maintain treatment plans and progress documentation
- Participate in virtual meetings and consults
- Follow risk screening and escalation guidelines
