About The Position
We are hiring a licensed therapist to provide telehealth psychotherapy services to adult clients across Oregon. Requirements
- Active Oregon LCSW, LMFT or LPC license
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
- Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience
- Experience with EHR systems
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
- Conduct assessments and create treatment plans
- Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans
- Follow Oregon licensing and clinical standards
