Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with veterans and their families to understand benefit needs
• Present supplemental life, accident, and health coverage options clearly and professionally
• Maintain accurate and compliant digital records of client interactions
• Assist clients with policy updates, claims guidance, and post-enrollment support
• Participate in mentorship programs, training sessions, and leadership development workshops
