Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 7+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, finance, or insurance.
  • 3+ years of leadership or equivalent experience.
  • Strong ability to translate corporate initiatives into actionable processes.
  • Proven track record of developing effective solutions to complex problems.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Monday.com, Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk identification skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills.
  • Clear professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Openness to constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end communication and change-management strategies for new processes, technologies, and products.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and business functions.
  • Direct and develop the Business Solutions Analyst (BSA) team, including coaching and performance management.
  • Establish team capacity plans aligned with departmental budgets.
  • Work with servicing leadership to define strategy and support operational improvement.
  • Oversee preparedness programs that enable customer service excellence.
  • Develop large-scale training strategies, including virtual learning techniques.
  • Guide creation of knowledge-base content and ensure documentation standards.
  • Align cross-functional partners around timelines and communication plans.
  • Provide strategic input on product development and service recovery efforts.
  • Direct internal communications for product launches and major changes.
  • Maintain proactive project reporting on statuses and decisions.
  • Develop effective communication and change-management practices.
