Requirements

5+ years’ experience in client-facing roles within the life sciences industry.
2+ years’ experience in sales leadership within biotechnology or similar sectors.
Expertise in commercial processes related to lead management and pipeline progression.
Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce and/or HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
Scientific fluency to engage with researchers in areas like gene therapy and gene editing.
Strong results orientation with a focus on data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Hire, onboard, and coach ISR and SDR team members with defined roles and growth paths.
Identify essential activities for funnel building and execute outreach effectively with your team.
Establish SLAs for lead response and qualification to enhance pipeline conversion.
Set quotas and activity targets, using KPIs to manage performance and improve hit rates.
Ensure CRM data quality and leverage AI and analytics for scalable growth.
Collaborate with Marketing for strategic campaigns aligning outreach with business goals.
Champion continuous improvement through data-driven insights and advanced tools.
