About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote IAM Business Systems Analyst. In this role, you will be pivotal in supporting the Authentication Services team, focusing on onboarding applications for Single Sign-On (SSO). Your collaboration with various Identity and Access Management Services teams will enhance user security and experience. You will handle multiple projects, ensuring effective communication and documentation across stakeholders, while also identifying and addressing process gaps to promote continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in STEM or equivalent experience (5 years relevant experience or 3 years with advanced degree)
• Experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) including SSO, LDAP, MFA, and ServiceNow
• Demonstrated ability to build consensus among stakeholders
• Experience in requirements gathering and process mapping
• Background in project management, including planning tasks

Responsibilities

• Responsible for application onboarding for multiple projects within IAM space
• Manage and gather requirements from various stakeholders
• Perform data analysis and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Prioritize and manage the backlog in collaboration with team members
• Review requirements with application and technical teams
• Document test cases and coordinate UAT testing with application teams
• Provide timely status reports to leadership
• Identify and create process improvement documentation
• Draft communications and lay out the communication plan
• Lead meetings and provide expertise in support of strategic initiatives
• Understand user experience to identify and fill solution gaps
