About The Position

In This Role, You Will: Answer inbound calls and reach out to current/past donors Create a positive giving experience with clarity and care Accurately enter donation details into the system Ensure donor satisfaction through excellent service Achieve goals that open the door to promotions

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 6+ months remote or 1 year on -site customer support experience
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office
• Quiet, distraction -free workspace
• Windows 11 PC (8GB RAM min; 16GB ideal)
• USB headset with noise cancellation
• Wired internet connection
• Dual monitors recommended
• No Macbooks or Chromebooks
