About The Position
We’re seeking Donation Call Specialists to work remotely with leading nonprofit organizations. In this role, you'll speak directly with supporters and help make giving easy and rewarding.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 6 months remote OR 1 year on -site customer service experience
- Strong communication skills and a service mindset
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and call center systems
- Reliable, quiet work -from -home setup
- Windows 11 PC or laptop (8GB RAM minimum)
- USB noise -canceling headset
- Hardwired internet connection
- Dual monitors helpful but not required
- No Apple or Chromebook devices
Responsibilities
- Call and thank donors or assist them in giving
- Deliver caring, clear, and professional service
- Enter donor information with accuracy
- Ensure a positive donor experience with follow -up
- Hit your goals to unlock raises and promotions
