About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent phone and typing skills
  • Comfortable navigating software and multitasking
  • Dedicated home workspace and stable internet
  • Windows 11 PC with 8 GB RAM (16 GB RAM preferred) ( no Apple or Chromebook)
  • USB headset & wired internet (not needed to apply, but required to start)

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
  • Offer prompt, accurate, and friendly solutions
  • Record data clearly into client systems
  • Provide follow -up as needed for customer satisfaction
  • Meet personal performance targets
