Requirements

5+ years of related experience in project management or modernization projects.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in process optimization and systems design.
Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira or Confluence.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Relevant certifications such as PMP or Six Sigma are preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement end-to-end design processes.
Conduct assessments of existing processes to identify areas for transformation.
