Requirements

  • 5+ years of related experience in project management or modernization projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in process optimization and systems design.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities in cross-functional environments.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement end-to-end design processes.
  • Lead cross-functional design teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
  • Partner with leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment of designs with business objectives.
