About The Position

Dawson’s Electric & Air is a family-owned company focused on delivering exceptional service and creating a positive experience for every customer. We’re growing and looking for a reliable, customer-focused Remote CSR/Dispatcher to join our team. This role is primarily customer service–focused, with dispatching responsibilities to support our field technicians. If you’re organized, personable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Experience in the trades required (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing)
  • Experience using ServiceTitan or other home services CRM platforms required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work remote while still remaining engaged with the team
  • Willingness to learn a new trade if necessary
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Valid driver’s license and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to pass a drug and background check

  • Knowledge of multiple trades preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls with a friendly, professional tone
  • Schedule service calls and accurately enter customer information
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns with care and urgency
  • Build trust and relationships with customers and create a positive overall experience
  • Make outbound calls for scheduling, follow-ups, and membership opportunities
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding timing, expectations, and services
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians efficiently based on availability and skillset
  • Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed throughout the day
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure smooth job flow
  • Help prioritize calls during high-volume periods
