About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing team. This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to work with a well-established, privately-owned agency. As a Commercial Lines CSR, you will play a vital role in providing back-end support to the Commercial Lines Account Managers and Producers. This is not a client-facing role but rather an internal support position focused on endorsements, certificates, renewals, and carrier communications.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance
Proficiency in AMS 360 or similar agency management systems
Personable and professional demeanor
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
Consultative approach to problem-solving
Must be comfortable working in a remote setting

Nice To Haves

Prior experience with certificates is a strong plus
Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Process endorsements, certificates, and invoices
Prepare for renewals by gathering policy information, loss runs, and MVRs from carriers
Update policy information and maintain the agency management system (AMS 360)
Provide administrative and back-end support to the Commercial Lines Account Management team
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
Follow up with carriers and internal teams to resolve outstanding issues
