About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing processes and procedures related to escrow operations. You will lead teams that perform a variety of duties to ensure compliance and policy adherence while meeting production goals and timelines. Your impact will be felt across regions, effectively acting as a liaison between various groups to resolve issues and coordinate operations, thereby playing a critical role in the success of our partner's operations. Accountabilities Manage work activities and escrow operational support functions at the regional level. Lead teams that perform a wide range of duties related to escrow operations. Ensure compliance with policies and production goals while providing feedback on escalated issues. Collaborate with senior management to integrate operational plans with broader strategies. Coordinate efforts between escrow and branch managers to drive operational efficiency. Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs for subordinates. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 5-7 years in title, escrow, and construction administration. 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience. Proven ability to establish effective working relationships at a management level. Strong process skills and detail-oriented. Proficient in computer skills and operating systems. Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills. Ability to manage competing priorities effectively. Demonstrated success in executing complex projects.
