About The Position

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing processes and procedures related to escrow operations. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years in title, escrow, and construction administration.
• 3-5 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Proven ability to establish effective working relationships at a management level.
• Strong process skills and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in computer skills and operating systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Demonstrated success in executing complex projects.
• Strong communication skills to convey the department's vision.

Responsibilities

• Manage work activities and escrow operational support functions at the regional level.
