About The Position
We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Client Experience Specialists. In this role, you will assist clients with planning and booking travel while delivering excellent customer service throughout the process. This is a flexible, remote opportunity. No prior travel industry experience is required—training is provided.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with planning vacations, cruises, destination weddings, and honeymoons
- Provide customer support via phone, email, text, and online platforms
- Research destinations and travel options based on client preferences
- Book and manage travel reservations
- Communicate with clients before, during, and after travel
