About The Position

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Remote Client Experience Coordinators. In this role, you will assist clients with planning and coordinating travel-related services while working closely with established travel suppliers and partners to ensure a smooth and positive experience. This is a remote, flexible opportunity with full training provided. No prior travel industry experience is required.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in the United States or Mexico (preferred)
  • Reliable computer and high-speed internet access
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel-related services for leisure trips, business travel, group events, weddings, and sports teams
  • Consult with clients to understand scheduling needs, budgets, and overall goals
  • Research destinations, accommodations, excursions, and transportation options
  • Assist with booking flights, hotels, cruises, rental cars, and event tickets
  • Prepare and share travel documentation such as itineraries, confirmations, and travel details
  • Manage changes, updates, or alternative arrangements as needed
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, industry trends, and travel guidelines
  • Provide professional, timely customer support throughout the planning process
